All sugar cookies can be made to your desire shape or form. Royal icing is then used to decorate the cookie. Royal icing dries into a hard, candy like coating that crunches when you bite into it. It's design so decorations can be pipped on top of the cookies to achieve the picture perfect sugar cookies.
